  1. Refer a Candidate: Submit the details of the candidate you are referring through our simple referral form below.
  2. Candidate Placement: If the candidate is successfully placed in a position through our staffing firm, you become eligible for a referral fee.
  3. Receive Your Reward: Once the candidate completes the required probationary period, you will receive your referral fee.

Referral Rewards

We offer competitive referral fees for each successful placement:
  • Junior Positions: $500
  • Mid-Level Positions: $1,000
  • Senior Positions: $1,500

Terms and Conditions

Referral Fee is paid only for qualified referrals who meet our hiring criteria, accept an assignment or career position, and fulfill the terms of that assignment or career position. A referral fee is paid after the referred/placed candidate completes 30 days of work and meets/exceeds performance exception .
  • The referred candidate must be new to our staffing firm and not already in our database.
  • The referral fee is payable only if the candidate is placed and completes the probationary period.
  • The referring individual must be the first to refer the candidate to qualify for the referral fee.
  • The referral fee will be paid within 30 days after the candidate completes the probationary period.
